Absolutely appalling service from Yellow Sub Trading

I purchased a bag that arrived damaged — it had a dent due to poor packaging and stitches coming undone in multiple places. I immediately contacted them via email and their call centre. The agent, Nokuthula, shockingly told me I must “undent” the bag myself and fix the stitches myself. Instead of taking responsibility for sending me a defective product, they refused to arrange a courier and insisted I must pay to return the faulty item. This is completely unacceptable and in violation of basic consumer rights.

Their communication is abysmal — they do not respond to emails or WhatsApp messages unless I repeatedly follow up. This company clearly does not value customers, sells poor-quality goods, and has zero accountability for their mistakes.

Buy at your own risk — I will never order from them again.
