A bunch of *************!!!!

Don't waste your time or money with this company they are quick to reach out and tell u an item is out of stock yet it's still on their inventory list. You request a refund because you don't want a replacement, you tell the to refund & guess what? They bill you anyway. I used pay just now & their support team has been so efficient in communicating with me & telling me Yellowsubtrading is who needs to rectify my billing. I've been sending emails from Feb. It's now May & no responses from Yellowsub & no refund either. Currently searching for an Ombudsman that's how fed up I am. The worst service ever don't waste your time or money stick to your traditional stores who legit care about customer satisfaction. Wasted time is wasted money when it comes to the yst company.
