PROMISES AND LIES

We would like to lodge a complaint against YELLOW SA (ADS LIVE) .<br> On 25 FEBRUARY 2015, we entered into a contract with YELLOW SA (ADS LIVE). We were advised that they are amongst the best in advertising online and if the desired results were not achieved after 3 months we can cancel the contract .Within that 3 month period no positive results were achieved, not even a phone call/e-mail from prospective clients were received and no feedback was received from YELLOW SA (ADS LIVE)<br> We phoned and e-mailed numerous times expressing our dissatisfaction and the intent to cancel. We asked the following persons to respond to our intentions or reach an amicable solution but to no avail:<br> HOPE, NICOLE, LISA,CINDY.<br> We also requested for the Directors contact details, here to no response. We were extremely patient with them and up to now there is still no response hence this complaint.<br> Please note the letter of contract, our debit orders and all relevant e-mails to YELLOW SA (ADS LIVE) will be sent through once requested by your office.<br> We simply asked that all debit orders to YELLOW SA (ADS LIVE) after the 3 month period be reimbursed to us.
