No Show Photo Booth

<p>I am so disappointed in your service I don’t even know what to say. Believe me I will let our head office know what happened here today to make sure they warn other businesses and save them from the same red face I am currently sitting with. (I see you’ve sent advertising for this non-existent service to 4 of my other shops as well.)</p> <p> </p> <p>You assured me via email that your guy will be here to set up the photo booth by 11AM. I phoned him at 20 past 11 and he said he will be here by 12. Our competition that we advertised for all our customers started at 12PM. Nobody from your company showed up. We phoned Damon, who continued to assure us for 2 hours that he was “5 minutes away” or “just around the corner”. I just phoned him at 1PM, he said that he hasn’t been paid yet and has no petrol in his car and he is lost so he doesn’t want to continue driving if he does not know whether he is going to get paid or not. NON OF THIS IS MY PROBLEM, yet you have caused MANY problems for me today.</p> <p> </p> <p>We advertised on Facebook, in store as well as distributed flyers. We wanted to use your service to grow our Facebook page to ultimately grow our business, but instead, you did a lot of damage to our name here today.</p>
