Poor service and ****mers

They are ****mers. We traveled to Greece and their package included the shuttle to the ports. We ended up paying the shuttle from our pockets, from Mykonos to the port going to Santorini.

We also paid for activities (flowry dresses). On arrival we kept on asking to see the dresses and the hosts were taking us from pillar to post. We ended up not using them. Now they don't want to refund us our money ( this was not in the package).

The hosts were learning of the places we visited, as they took us to those places. They were so clueless and so very rude. They didn't know Greece at all, let alone the three islands we visited.
