Yellow Card not responding to emails with regard to monies owed.

I bought bitcoin in 2024 through Yellow Card App. They have since disabled the app and say that only businesses can trade on their new app. They sent me a link to be able to withdraw my funds but the link does not work. I keep sending them emails but no one replies. I see on their facebook profile that there are quite a few people complaining about the same thing. This company is advertising almost everyday on Facebook, yet we get no answers on our emails with regard to funds they owe us.
