A waste

I cannot even give a full review, I haven't even gotten to using the platform. I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for my documents to be verified, documents being my ID. I followed a cumbersome process just to have a picture of my ID uploaded - just to have an individual named Chidimma to tell me that it was rejected, with absolutely no reason why it was (for me to rectify it) instead telling me to try again - when of course, their system is still telling me my documents are under review. What a helpful solution to absolutely nothing. Just spare your time, there are many other platforms that won't give you the run around for an actual investment into theirs.
