THEFT OF DEPOSIT

At the start we had no problem with the company of JCV Shade netting. On using them on a current Job site that we were instructed to complete by our client. The order was placed for the multiple shade netting carports to be replaced as they were damage in the incident with hail in 2023 . There were problems with information that client supp****, and we had the estimate and pricing change to reflect the change in type of material used size of the netting as well. On arrival after deposit was paid and booking made with client. The installer on the day Hannes Thysie was on site and with client inquiring about the netting and some seem work that was not completely done. The main technician Hannes lost his temper packed up all the netting and left our client residence with all the material. Hannes called us and informed that he will not be questioned by a client about his work, and he has more experience, and the client had no right to inquire on the work he had done. We then asked if he would return with us on site, he refused to this, and we then asked for a refund on the deposit. Promises were made and from day one he had started getting aggressive over the phone with anyone that contacted him as well ignored all further phone calls and request about the refund. As we did not cancel the job or did anything to void the deposit return we feel that this company and its members are dishonest and has ****** R17 000 as this was the deposit required for them to start the work. As a company we just require our money back then this review will be removed. Many attempts have been made via all possible means and not getting anywhere with the company.
