YeboYethu THE PITS

<p>YeboYethu!. The worst customer service on the planet! Vodacom how can you outsource your YeboYethu program to such an appalling company? They are a disgrace. Non-existent customer service. You hold on for hours. Nobody knows anything. They promise to call you back, they never do. This is absolutely shocking and so irritating and so frustrating. All I am trying to do is transfer ownership of some shares for one of my staff’s deceased husband so we can sell the shares. I’ve been trying for MONTHS. I have spent a fortune on cell phone calls (there is no land time to call) and I’m getting nowhere. <br /> I’ve sent 19 pages of documents and received an acknowledgement. Yet every time I try and talk to a consultant they tell me to send documents that are already in the lot I have sent.<br /> I’m getting absolutely desperate. Does anybody have a contact at YeboYethu or Vodacom? This is a perfect case study for disgraceful customer service and shocking treatment of customers.<br /> I would ****** someone if I knew where to find someone to ****** !!!</p>
