Yebo Yethu JSE Investor Services - no service, no help

What poor service from Yebo Yethu JSE Investor Services! Complete the registration process twice, send FICA documents three times, eventually receiving acknowledgement after 3 months that all has been received and trading can now commence. Try and place a SELL order and still one is told that FICA is incomplete! Emails are never answered, just an auto-acknowledgement. Please find someone that can do the job if you are not interested.
