Unprofessional and *********** service provided as well as cumbersome process involved in selling shares

<p>My change of details forms were completed and submitted in September 2016. I was informed that this process would take 1 week. I have inquired serveral times about the status as I would like to sell my shares an reinvest into a competent company. There has been no response to any of my inquiries or communication from YeboYethu.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have had major problems with my Vodacom contracts which have also not been attended to and now I'm receving the same level of service with YeboYethu. </p> <p> </p> <p>YeboYethu is certainly does not live up to their slogna, "Now more than ever, its your Vodacom"</p>
