Terrible service at Yeboyethu

Terrible service. I have been sending email upon email asking them to change my banking details and hold on to payment of my dividends until the bank account had been changed. After all the running around I get told that there is no payment due to me, this after recieving two sms confirming payment of dividends. The support desk does not take any concern seriously. Where has the payment gone? Pathetic service.
