Slow as ever

<p>my mom wanted to sell her shares as she does not need it anymore. She been struggling from September month without any luck. There is always something. Needless to say the lady at the call center confirmed they have all the relevant documents but still NO PAYOUT. The worst part is that they are pensioners and need the money.
