<p>Your customer care line ********** 001 takes forever to be answered. Each time i do call i need to hold on for an hour and a half before the call does get answered.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been calling since last week to get a statement , HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE????????</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can i have a response asap as this is rather urgent.</p>

i called today yet again , spoke to Ezwethu @ 11:28 and told her i need a call back in an hour with feedback . No call has been received since then . i phoned again at 13:52 and held on for 1hr and 35 ???????????????????
And there was no answer. highly frustrated , i will be taking this further.
