Hi, I would like to file a grievance against Yebo Casinos, as I was *****ulently denied of my winnings. I access Yebo Cassino's as they continually send me emails with free chip offers that require no deposit. On the 12 September I access Yebo Cassino after a week of being inactive because they send me an invite to claim a free chip of 30 Free Spins. I was allowed access. I then played and win. I decided to cash out the R900 because the play through was set at R847 of which I accomplished the play through. I withdrew the money only to find out by email that my winnings was denied because I played more than 1 Free chip on the 12 of which it is not true.
