I will stronly advise clients not to make use of this online casino. I had a terrible experience with them. It showed that I won R42 000, when I requested a pay out, it was declined and the funds were removed by them. It showed that I was the top winner for that day, with the amount of R42 000 being displayed for all to see next to my name, yet a pay out to me was made of only R600. When I queried this, I was told that I played with bonus money, and that was what terms and conditions stipulated. I do not understand this at all. It is displayed everywhere on their site that I won R42 000, top winner of the day, nowhere do they display that I only got R600 of that winnings for whatever reason. I feel that this is utterly misleading, an amount is publicly displayed next to my name, yet that amount was never paid to me. This is really dissapointing and awfully misleading. I will never make use of them again and will advise all other users to think twice before making use of this site.
