Another rep then says that it's legal and they have to manually check every withdrawal to validate, that they can't do bonus play as their systems don't allow it and it's impossible to do that. Yet they have 3 different balances that show on the main screen: balance, bonus play and withdrawal amount. They are a bunch of *******, I do not understand how they are still operational!
