What a bunch of ******. Spoke to customer service because I have been waiting over 10 days for my withdrawal of just over R5000 and now they have basically said I can't get that money out as apparently I played free chips more than once even though I made deposits before to get them then their story changed to I was playing the wrong games!!!!??? How is this possible. At first my withdrawal was approved aswell. I was a loyal customer but now I am going to make sure people hear about this nonsense.
