Withdrawal
Let me start off by saying that your terms and conditions stated:
The terms of the condition "In addition to the above, when processing withdrawals, if the accumulated deposits of a player do not exceed R1,000, the player is only entitled to a maximum amount of 20 x this amount in a withdrawal request (based on his winnings). Example: accumulated deposits R200 , winnings R5000, withdrawal request R5000, effective payment R4000 only, R1000 are reduced from the player's balance."
No where does it say I cant cancel a withdrawal in order to meet the requirements and then withdraw my full winnings, I checked your terms and conditions a million times.
I was basically forced by your agent MIKE to withdraw R5000 only even though your terms and conditions never mentioned that I CAN NOT CANCEL THE WITHDRAWAL TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS go read it and show me where it says I'm wrong in this case. That was my money.
What you did was *********.
You people ****** me of my winnings a while back left a bitter taste and a very bad customer service experience.
Please be warned if you win big they come up with some lie to not pay you out and THAT AGENT MILE THAT FORCED ME TO WITHDRAW MUST BE FIRED
GIVE ME MY WINNINGS BACK
Dear Lavern04,
Thank you for your review.
You joined Yebo Casino in March 2017. Have deposited R200 when you make your winnings. Its been quite some time since then.
You got your winnings thanks to your rebate of R6.50. You finished your wagering requirement when you got your winnings.
It was really not a matter of wagering requirement or pay out cancellation, but strictly due to your acumulated amount of deposits at the time.
Respecting our terms and conditions : In addition to the above, when processing withdrawals, if the accumulated deposits of a player do not exceed R1,000, the player is only entitled to a maximum amount of 20 x this amount in a withdrawal request (based on his winnings). Example: accumulated deposits R200 , winnings R5000, withdrawal request R5000, effective payment R4000 only, R1000 are reduced from the player's balance.
You were advised you would be able to cash out only R4000, calculated as follow :
(Your deposits) x20
R200 x 20 = R4000
And we have even decided to increase this limit to R5000, nice gesture to show our good intention.
We dont see any record that you were stopped from withdrawing your winnings. Please advise?
Have a nice day
Yebo Casino Team.

Dear Lavern,
According to our terms, cancelling the withdrawal would not have effected the account as the winnings were from a rebate or promotion that has specific terms set for it. I'm trying to take a look back at past correspondence and i cant seem to find where "Mike" was bullying you, do you have copy of this correspondence by any chance please?
Regards
