Unfair removal of wagered funds

I had recieved a free chip from yebo casino that comes with a wagering amount in order to cash out my winnings. Now I had used the free chip and played through the wagering amount where I had come to an amount that has been wagered and was put into my withdrawable amount. I had to wait 1 week for them to verify my account and banking details which was done. I was then asked for my banking details in order for my funds to be paid to me. It's now almost 2 weeks later and when I go onto the yebo casino online application, they are now telling me after wagering he free chip and waiting for payment, that I cannot cash out my withdrawable balance all of a sudden and cancelled my withdrawal also removing all my funds that I had wagered. Meaning the funds were legally mine that I had won. Now they got excuses not to pay my funds and took it away. It's theft because I had legally won the funds which they just took away and r3fuse to pay me now. Please can u assist because it's false advertising and the way I see it,it's theft because I already wagered and won the money. Which has now disappeared.
