Payment

I have sent my documents on the day they requested them an I was told I will receive my payment by Monday 10:00 am

I had to contact them to my surprise I was told that I will only receive my payment on Wednesday this is on going for 10 days , I sent my documents to 4 different agents and still they say my documents will be escalated! I am extremely unhappy with the service ! When I load money it’s instant but my payout takes 10 days !!! Horrible client service, horrible feedback, horrible client retention.
