Pathetic service!!!

Yho yho yho, the service is beyond terrible. I don't know what is going on there. I decided to play at Yebo Casino after being offline for some time. Playthrough and all that done then I won. When it was time to cash out I got an error. I contacted their customer services and I was told that I need to verify my account and I sent all the relevant documents but "dololo". Whenever I chat with them they tell me that they have escalated the issue and that it will be resolved and to date nothing has been done. I am done with Yebo Casino.
