I would like to report their ***** system and taking me money I won.

Last week in the beginning of March I had loaded a 130.00 to play with one of their coupons. I recieved extra percentage to play and played my games. I had kept going up and down and had to play through an amount of about 10 000.00 I had played and eventually won around 1400.00. In this time you could only play certain games which I did as they had games that you were restricted to play on. Never the less, i played through the 10 000.00 and I then stopped playing. I spoke to agent on everything and even gave them good reviews for the information. I then asked them how to withdraw and they advised to send my I'd and proof of address, I then did so and went back to check all was in order. And it was.

They then said it would take 3 days for the money to reflect. My account was now empty! the next day or day after I went back again to check on all been in order as I mentioned that I may have sent my name as a bank name instead of my bank .I then mailed as well. And rechecked and all was in order. I then only saw that a 130 was back on my account. No mail from them , no correspondence. Assuming that it was the left over amount they given back as I could only withdraw 1260.00 I then played . ONLY THEN was all games given access to me. Assuming that this is now my money that was left for me to play and the playthrough amount was done. I then lost that 130.00 .

Today monday I go online to check all is in order for jessy Jones agent to tell me my money is gone and denied. This is absolutely ****ING BULL****. I explained everything to her and she had even been one of the ppl I initially spoke to and 2other agents. She says to me she cant help me. That the agents all told me the rules I cant play the restricted games. I did NOT PLAY ANY OF THOSE GAMES before my withdrawal. So HOw is this possible that my 1260.00 is missing !

I was restricted! How could I have played ! This is bull****! I want my money I won and fairly withdrawaled! I am telling everyone about this ***** system.
