Cheated player

The service from them just gets worst and worst. I have been a loyal player for a few years now and spend about 500000 with them. Everthing is a big fight with themor lies. Junior was my previouse vip host and was moved over to Vergil. Him and pascall the manager of yebo started makingme a happy player again until this time again. I made some nice deposits again and was promised bymy vip host 5000 bonus for my birthday. so on mybirthday i have requested my bonus but no note was left and a promised that was not honourd again. evertime big promises is made but not kept im begining to thing to leaf them once and for all you dont want to fight the whole time but to get a 5000 rand bonus you have to deposit a lot and then gets hiped up to get your bonus but then nothing again. the worst part is i spoke to my vip host 3 days before mybirthday and he said he will leave a note but nothing so now he is on leave and i have to wai for him to get back on the 25 to find out if he will honour his promise. This is unfair and and not right to cheat players like this
