UTTERLY POOR SERVICE FROM Y.EBRAHIM ATTORNEYS!!!!!!!!!!!

I had an overdraft with Absa last year. Yeattorneys contacted me and I paid an amount of R1,282 into there account. On the 12 April 2024 I received an paid up letter from them stating that the account has been paid in full and that I do not owe anyone nothing. Today, 15 July 2024, I received a threading email again from them stating that I owe another amount. When I phoned them and lose my temper then I was told that I must not threading them but is it fine if I get threaded by them. How can you keep me responsible for an account that I PAID IN FULL and thread me, but if I do that then I cannot!!!!!!!!!!!!! AS PER YOUR CONSULTANTS ONCE THE ACCOUNT IS PAID IN FULL THE A COUNT IS THEN CLOSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I do not receive an apologiese email from you and stating that the account is in fact closed, then I WILL BE FORCED TO TAKE THIS MATTER FURTHER AND ALSO POST A ARTICKLE IN ALL THE MAYOR NEWSPAPERS SO THAT EVERYONE CAN READ ABOUT IT AND BE WARNED AGAINST YOUR COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
