Wrong distributions amountd

I have a issue with debt counselor YDS( Your Debt Solution) they distributed Only 3k plus towards my debt whilst my contribution is 5k plus and the total contribution closing balance says I Only contributed 3k and that's not the agreed amount they have been giving me hustles with my statements during this time, during this pandemic they haven't been distributing to my creditors I don't understand why because I've been making payment accordingly and I haven't been missing payment as this hasn't affected my salary I've been getting sms's and calls from creditors demanding their money apparently I'm over due I don't understand how because my debit orders have been going of fine, I tried numerous times to have them fix this but they telling NCR put a hold on all the funds I'm still baffled because I'm making payment to them monthly
