Worst debt counsellor I’ve come across

Dealing with this company has been a headache from day one just when I think I’m done with my instalments and I got a statement of 0 balance on my creditors they go ahead and deduct money on my account no one cared to alert me on this I’m under the impression that I’m done paying my creditors I wouldn’t advise anyone to seek help from them they are the worst
