****MERS !!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE !!!! I have been waiting years for an update or my money back pre covid I had enrolled paid fees got my passport and was awaiting an update after I follow up I find out my agent no longer works there and they are jo longer operating after numerous emails I was given another agent that till date has not bothered to get back to me. What happens to the money I paid over 6K to this company that delivered me nothing at all. THESE PEOPLE ARE ****MERS
