I have chancelled my trip to America .

There was a program that i were suppose to Enroll on it and i cancelled my trip after paying some of the required fees to assist on arrangements i then requested the agent responsibly to pay back my money i have payed for the trip however i have told her to charge me the Cancellation fees and she Respond by telling me that even though she is goeing to charge me the cancellation fee she is not goeing to refund me any money of the amount of R10 000 that i have payed her.<br> <br> Then take the metter to Clientele Legal and they didn't help me either they told me to just give up cause the agent is not willing to refund back my money.<br> Please help me.<br> <br> Regard Clement.
