Bad service, even can be a ****

Hi , I send my CV true for a vacancy I found on Internet, send my info and CV to them, the I had to pay a amount to get myself a portfolio that they send to the company, everything was fine but now I can seem to get any feedback from them and starting to think its a **** maybe, this is the number they gave *** , not sure what to make of it but surely its really bad customer service at the highest level.
