Pensioner being cheated out of what is hers.

My mom took a bond out with yazbek attorneys 20 years ago she paid the bond up and in return he was suppose to give her, her title deeds. He never made an attempt to contact my mother to fetch it or even send it to her. So now 20 years later my dad has passed on this year Feb and she has to put his share in her name but we can't do anything without the title deeds.We went to mr yazbek and asked where her title deeds are he said he doesn't know we must not ask him what happened 20 years ago his old. I then said but how can this be he called his assistant in and asked her to explain some story to us which never came across as this woman started screaming and shouting at my mum who is old and my mother shouted back saying I just want my tittle deeds.This woman walked away and said (EK HETI TYD VI DIE *** NIE) her bos mr yazbek just left her to speak to us in that tone. We are now seeking other legal advice as Mr yazbek wants my mother to pay 2500 for her deeds first it was 10000 then 7500 now he wants 2500. The question is why must she pay for something that is hers and should have been given to her 20 years ago
