Bad service and extremely rude attitude

Ms Glenda Keek from Yazbek, gave myself and my parents extremely rude service when we enquired about my parent's account with them and told my parents and myself that she had important things to do. The company gave loans to my sibling using my parent's home title deed and the second loan was given to my sibling without my parent's consent, which I find *******. My parents were looking a top up to the loan taken by my sibling recently to pay for a child school fees who is not allowed to attend school due to unpaid school fees. Ms Glenda who is responsible for both loans given to my sibling refuses to give us full details of both loans and is extremely rude. Ms Glenda hung up the phone on me when I tried to understand and enquire about my parent's account with them. I humbly request that you assist us in getting full details and copies of the documents/contract wrt to loans taken in my parent's home title deed. Many thanks.
