Yay Hoodies give small businesses a bad name!

<p>I contacted Ettiene on 21st of March, needing him to supply less than 30 hoodies. My one request was that it was imperative they be delivered on the 1st of June. He guaranteed this would be possible and sent through the quote on 31 March. Finalised by the 3 May. 31 May says he is still trying to source material, but with 3 day lead time at printers, I will receive hoodies on the 8th June. On the 1st of June, he asked if I could contact the fabric suppliers!</p> <p><br />From this day on ward's he never answered his phone, would reply to email's a day later, saying the hoodies were at the printers.</p> <p>The 3rd of June, came and went, today is the 8th and still have yet to hear from him, let alone receive the hoodies.</p> <p> </p> <p>From his very deceiving website, it seemed he had reputable clients. This is not how one does business, If you mess up at least have the decency to come clean, preferably prior to missed deadline giving your client an opportunity to make alternative arrangements, at the very least provide an honest explanation.</p> <p>One always wants to give small businesses an opportunity, however Ettiene Janse van Rensburg from Yay Hoodies, has proven why so many business would rather give their business to the bigger companies; reliability, honesty, professionalism, not to mention plain common decency.</p> <p> </p>
