Late Delivery and Zero Communication

<p>While the quality of the hoodies is good in terms of manufacture and durability, Ettiene's service levels are more than shocking.<br />There seems to be zero project planning ability from his side. Every order we have received has been received more than a month late. Getting hold of Ettiene is IMPOSSIBLE via email, phone call and whatsapp. No form of communication is answered, responded to or rep**** to.<br />Ettiene is quite happy to receive your money and deliver the product to you in whatever timeline it suits him, earning a wonderful stack of interest off of your money.<br />We will NOT be using Ettiene again as a supplier. Two very very bad experiences have been enough.</p>
