Yatusa Afri Spa is a circus

This is the most pathetic business I have ever dealt with. Customer service is non existent. They over booked my parents massage and they didnt have the decency to call us to inform. They really inconvenienced us. I complained to the owner who only gave excuses. She is rude and arrogant. I will never recommend them nor will I return.
