Very bad service

Yatch View lodge in Schoemansville, Hartbee****rt is ran by a bunch of *********** people. We made a booking 3 months prior,to our surprise when we got there to check in we were told the place is fully booked. This is after i received an email confirming the booking. We were left stranded at night not knowing where we will sleep. No alternative accomodation was arranged for us. This is not acceptable and i wouldn't refer even my worst enemy to that place.
