Terrible service

Dear Principal - I would like to understand the reason for paying full school fees for December when the children only went for practically 2 days? Last year my son was in Grade R and on the 2nd of December it was his graduation. I was told to pay the entire school fees yet he only went to school for 1 day or else i will not get the certificate. Same applies to yesterday , i received a letter that says if i don't pay school fees my son will not get his report???? Like really , do you think we run a charity case here? The school deliberately started year end exams so that could ask us for school fees. The principal for this school must really think . I would have understood had there said we must pay half as its just 2 days. We are also asked to pay R 200 .00 for next year's registration fee yet my son is enrolled in the school. I failing to understand how this school operates.
