Refunds not paid back instead debited. Paying twice for undelivered items.

Can only give 1 star for their affordable prices, coupons and the lovely lady who always calls when items ordered are not in stock and advise on available replacements. my biggest issue is that when ordered items are not in stock and a refund is due, this is where the nightmare starts. instead of the money be refunded they debit it. This is happening to me for the third time and it's becoming an annoyance. It clearly shows that the person responsible for refunds was poorly trained or is just *********** with no interest of learning/improving as they clearly cannot perform the same task time and time again. Such a shame that a great platform is *****ed by one person.
