No order- took my money, no refund

I placed an order on Uber eats at 12, my order got stuck at “heading your wayl” no communication, couldn’t even track who has my order. I call the shop, it says subscriber is not available. I call the head office and they say there’s no order under my name. Now at 3pm it shows order completed yet I received nothing and no refund. I want my money!
