never received groceries or refund

I placed a grocery order on their app and paid with card, and my transaction went through, but the app said "awaiting payment," and later on, it mistakenly changed to cash, and the order was accepted by the restaurant when it changed to cash payment, and I already paid for the groceries online; later on the order was cancelled. I tried to use their chat bot, WhatsApp, emailed them, and even called them with no response. I haven't received my money back
