Quality issue

I'm so dissapointed in the Yardley matte lipstick that I purchased recently. It's not my 1st time using the product, but in the 2nd week the lid was loose. I have images to show that there are no visible signs that it's broken, so I would think it's faulty or it's a quality issue I don't think I will buy again from them.
