poor service

For the first time buying a Yardley makeup.

i bought a Yardley makeup(powder and foundation) and used it for a week and i realized that it is burning my face i discontinued using it because i had misplaced my receipt i thought i should call them to take back their makeup and give me a voucher which i will buy either perfume/lipsticks but instead they refused to take it back and insisted on giving me another makeup which i obviously don't want, this was a very poor service that i received from Yardely i am disappointed.
