Horrible eyeliner

There should be a rating which is less than 1 please maybe-1! I bought an eyeliner water resistant on Saturday at Clicks Midrand boulders...when I app**** the eyeliner is melted on my first eye as a result i have to sharpen it for my next eye.

Well i did that, you won’t believe how horrible the lid was becoming, as am speaking the eyeliner is almost half now because I couldn’t find the finest part of it. If I apply it it melts and the lid is *****ing me... it’s just rough... am really disgusted by this
