YAP YAP Car deals is a ****m

Yap Yap is a ****m they debitedR7875 from my account in January 2021 as the deposit of a car after when asking when will they deliver my car I was blocked and later send me documents requesting me to pay deposit again of R15000 I told them I cant pay deposit twice I requested my money back since they cant deliver the car I paid deposit for,Untill today i have not received my money back and I have send all documentation they required from me more than 5 times. certified ID Copy,Bank statement, SARS Certificate, Proof of bank account and Proof of Residence.
