Don’t buy candles from Yankee and woodwick

Don’t ever buy Yankee or woodwick candles, they have no scent, they are expensive for nothing, the customer service is appalling,been buying them for years only to get one that has no scent, emailed them, they came out to me to collect the candle, burnt it for hours and say there is nothing wrong with it, they will bring it back, the candle has no scent, Amanda the owner was rude and very dismissive I also think if I was a different race she would have treated me better and fairly

She keeps telling me that I’m the one with the problem because I cannot smell the candle, the people at my house and those that I asked for opinions from also cannot smell the candle it’s their fault, she insists there is nothing wrong with the candle and that she will not replace it

She is very condescending in her emails to me and should not be allowed to own any business and I feel she is also ******, she keeps saying it’s like a perfume that you buy and smell on someone but cannot smell on you, I’m very upset at how she treated me when I had a complaint

I will not be buying their candles ever again, they have lost a customer who has bought many candles over the years
