Worst restaurant ever

Highly disappointed and angry. Last night me and my family went there for dinner after finnishing other business. We sat there for long periods of time waiting for the waiter to one day pitchup to take our orders, and not only that, his customer service is not up to par, didnt even greet, and to put a cherrie on the cake, they nearly poisoned my husband. My husband ordered the quarter chicken, and it was off, the manager told my husband that the chef/cook said it was starting to go off. How can they let food thats going of make it to the plate of a customer??
