Twice disappointed by Poorest Feedback and Service ever!

It’s so amazing to see the so called ‘exceptional service provider organization” using this kind of a platform as communication channel with their so called “valued customer”. That’s so exceptional and unique indeed! I wish I knew the respondent of my complaint dated 03 April 2018. He/she made unjustifiable or very inaccurate remarks throughout. It’s even worse when he/she is saying that I am making a tenuous complain lacking merit. Is that so? I didn’t know! Don’t you think that’s exactly what you have just done with your respond dated 06 April 2018? Please clarify my queries below in response of your vague feedback:

1. Where on your Policy schedule have you specified your so-called “Panel of Conveyancers”? 2. Why do you say I chose to use conveyancer not accredited to Yambu panel? Did you perhaps give me the option which I decided to ignore? 3. How did the Conveyancer disagree with payment of the fee negotiated with Yambu’s panel conveyancers? 4. What kind of invoice do you need as per the mentioned dates on your feedback?

The Conveyancer sent through an invoice on the 9th March 2018 which I forwarded to you. Following your endless emails requesting for the already sent email, I contacted the Conveyancer who advised me that they don’t know what else are you looking for. I communicated this with your “Representative” who I don’t mind disclosing his name. With a rude voice, he told me that I must be patient with the Conveyancer because the property is not yet registered-refer to your call records from my cell number registered on your database between 13-14 March 2018. That was a very weak remark because transfer fees must be paid before the property is registered. Isn’t so? Or do your accredited panel of Conveyancers works different? When the property was registered, I contacted him and he contacted the Conveyancer again requesting for an invoice which they already sent. The Conveyancer cannot manufacturer an invoice to the value of what you want to pay. Please note that just like Yambu, the Conveyancer have their own fee structure and they cannot send an invoice displaying “Transfer Fees” as you correctly said that they don’t fall within your panel of accredited Conveyancer. Your accredited Conveyancer knows exactly how to structure transfer invoice to suit your needs. That cannot apply to someone who is not accredited to Yambu. Just render a reputable service as you claim to do and stop playing the “Drama-Queen” acts! Your policy schedule clearly states that Conveyance fees are covered to any professional services provider who is not on your pre-approved panel. Or are the Conveyancers I used not professional?-Please clarify! It’s never a shock to witness this kind of feedback from service providers! Things are always expected to get ugly when customer request value of their money through service delivery-Not a good business practice at all ey!
