Poorest Service I ever received on earth
This is an important information for my dear brothers & sisters out there in order to make an informed legal protection decision. I subscribed to Yambu Legal in 2013. I made no claim until this year early March as I was purchasing a property. I registered a claim as I qualify for Payment of Transfer fees as per their benefit schedule. A month later, there has been no movement regarding payment of such fees. I am now wondering if is this the way Yambu Legal operates. If indeed it is, I urge my brothers & sister out there to be careful before making any subscription with Yambu Legal. I don't understand why does it has to look like I am begging to be offered service while I've never missed out even a single monthly payment. The Property has been registered and I am already staying in it but I don't seem to understand their reasons for this pathetic service I ever received in this world. I am so ****ed off by this disgusting service.
Dear Sir,
Yambu Legal protection prides itself on exceptional service levels and our proven track record is testimony thereto. Thus it came as a surprise that a valued client of ours lodged a complaint in respect of service delivery. The complaint was fully investigated and we can conclude as follow. Yambu has established a panel of professional conveyancers nationally who delivers outstanding services to our clients. The client opted to make use of his preferred conveyancer who was not accredited on the Yambu panel. The conveyancer so elected was furthermore not willing to agree to the payment of the fee negotiated with Yambu’s panel conveyancers. In an effort to assist the client, an undertaking was given that on receipt of a tax invoice for the maximum Yambu fee payable, payment thereof will be made to the client’s elected conveyancer and the balance of the fee to be settled between the parties. To date the conveyancer has omitted to render the required invoice. On both the 2nd and 5th of March 2018 the client received same day service, with delays experienced in receiving a response from the conveyancer between the 5th and the 12th of March 2018. Further follow up on the 13th, 15th and the 28th of March 2018 to date have failed to yield the desired outcome due to a failure to supply Yambu with a tax invoice for conveyancing services rendered. For the reasons stated the complaint lodged is tenuous as it lacks merit.
