Complaint over very very bad serice

My name is Excellent Dludlu , , had a policy with Yambu legal,(which I just cancelled), due to these reasons:<br> February this year, 2014 , I sent a claim to Yambu, Patricia (who doesn't work for Yambu no more)received it and we were communicating at first, but then there was nothing, no communication what so ever, I then decided to call Yambu, which I then spoke to Martyn who also promised to help me , a week after or so he called me telling me that they called the guy(the one I have laid a complaint about), but he was not picking up his phone, that was the last time I heard from Martyn, until today , I again decided to contact Yambu, and I explain myself to Phumi, and I have decided that I need to cancel because how can I pay and pay but when I need Yambu's help I don't get, so since this is the case, and im cancelling because yambu has not helped, I want all my premiums that I have paid in to Yambu so far, to be paid back to me,because it is not my fault this has happened , its Yambus faulty.<br>
