Poor service, bad attitude

Service was extremely slow, there was a lack of staff with those present having a poor attitude towards the customers. We waited for 3 hours for food ordered from the time we arrived which was never delivered. We were completely neglected and the waiters failed to clean up our table as well as after spilling sauce at our table and on a customer. Furthermore we had to approach the counter to pay to our bill and it also took forever for them to sort it our.
